Jason R. Burckhard, DDS
Dr. Burckhard graduated Summa Cum Laude from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. He graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, obtaining his DDS Degree in 2007. Dr. Burckhard completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City receiving a Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Burckhard is a member of several organizations in dentistry including the Minnesota Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Burckhard and his wife, Dr. Andrea Burckhard, DC reside in Chanhassen.
